Paying for travel insurance can stir up a mixture of emotions. Mostly, “what a waste of money”, particularly after you have returned from a hassle free (and claim free) trip. It is certainly “handy” if your camera gets stolen or a tooth aches unexpectedly. But really travel insurance is for when something BIG happens.
